I have to confess to being a big fan of Allen Interactions having known Michael when we were both working for Control Data in the early 1980s.
Here Angel Green, one of his senior instructional strategists, does a great job in identifying some splendid books on Instructional Design.
All are good reading for anyone who wants to move beyond the basics and really get to grips with the issues of instructional design.
